ABOUT
We set out to create something a little different for Dundee, something that all big cities have - a late night cocktail bar, serving great drinks, great food and great live music until the wee hours of the night.
As for most new start businesses the road was a little longer than we expected with a few up hill battles to face pre-open but we are here now, and we couldn't be happier with the feedback received as we continue to grow.
We still have many things to achieve as a business but securing key accounts and sponsorship like the Dundee University Medics Society and sponsorship of Dundee Stars were key to us integrating into the city. We are also thrilled to be involved in the Courier Business Awards - this for us, is massive!
We are always on the look out for live bands and DJ's who bring something different and out of the ordinary, so if you fit the bill get in touch.

Mangrove we work closely with the guys at Mangrove. the spirits they supply are of the highest quality, they’re authentic whilst also innovative and have strong sustainability credentials. Perhaps most importantly, each of them has a unique story to tell.
Dundee Stars — it's a well known fact if you know us that we love ice-hockey and that means we love to support our local team the Dundee Stars. Check out their site for the next games.
HISTORY
This history of this building was a big reason as to why we decided to launch our concept here. Sessions bar was a massive hit back in the day and before that bands like Oasis and Supergrass have graced our 4 walls, playing gigs here. While the V&A is maybe the best thing to happy to Dundee for some time, we thought it was key we made a bar that suits the visitors of the waterfront and staying for the weekend, but also for the locals.
We think we have achieved all this and more, the feedback has been great, and we now think we are known as a bit of a speakeasy with the fact we have limited signage, word of mouth being key to visiting us.
